1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests may not make reservations within their own place of residence at SoWi. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own place of residence.
3. Smoking (also e-cigarettes), parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will incur a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us before their stay.
7. Guests are responsible and liable for the costs of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits.
8. Noise level monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damages or losses in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damages to our customer service.
10. Booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
